Refund Policy

1. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment.

2. Refunds are processed only if less than 25 % of course material has been accessed.

3. Refunds issued via the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. No refunds after first live session or for partial completion.

5. The Academy may withhold refunds for code-of-conduct violations.
