1. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment.
2. Refunds are processed only if less than 25% of the course is completed or accessed.
3. Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
4. No refunds will be granted after attendance in the first live session or material download.
5. The Academy reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misconduct or policy violations.
6. Transfers to future batches may be considered under exceptional circumstances.
